Thinking out of the box…
Often we here how the world will be different in the future...5, 10, 15 years. Today I ran across this article and was blown away by some of this thinking. Thinking of where we have come from, and how much more rapid change is occurring, these ideas are probably not too off base.
Computers Will Extend Human Lifespan
Such an interesting article! I’m dubious about the timetable that Mr. Kurzweil sets, but I don’t doubt that all of his predictions are possibilities in the future.
When the merger of human and technology continues, the questions of humanity, morality, and such will become even more salient. Things like the Matrix (I’m talking about the movie) start to become real questions…
I don’t doubt the impact of technology in aspects of life, I wonder how we introduce such innovations into our education system.
